Returns and Refunds.

At Somerset Candles, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your soy candle order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at somersetcandles@outlook.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 working business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at somersetcandles@outlook.com. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible at no extra cost.
